The 12 Seraphim surrounding the Lion and the Lamb represent the 24 angels from Revelation 4:4 (12 on each side of box = 24).
The 4 Cherubim at the corners of the box are based on Revelation 4:7-8.
There are 7 golden lampstands beneath the Lion (Revelation 1:12), and there are 7 stars beneath the Lamb (Revelation 1:16).
The crowns above the Lion and the Lamb have 7 tips, alluding to the 7 horns of the Lamb from Revelation 5:6.
The Lamb is surrounded by palm leaves, referencing John 12:13.
The deck title, “King of Kings,” can be found on the seal and sides of the box, which refers to the popular verse Revelation 17:14.

On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him.

15 Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.
